How Self-Healing Works:
Self-healing works because you are the only one who knows what it is like to be you, with the intimate knowledge about yourself that you possess. Meanwhile, any growth and change that happens in your life is created by you, regardless of whether you seek support or not. While others may try to take credit for your efforts and convince you, you couldn’t have done it without them, this is false. You are the one who listens, does the work, shows up, and sets the intention to change. Sure, there are situations where you are forced to change against your will, but even in these situations with a strong enough will, you will resist that change within your mind or choose to use it to your advantage and make it your own. For example, you may be forced to change by being locked up, and unable to continue to have contact with the same associations. However, you can choose to find similar associations in that environment, and many people within prison find a way to continue to do similar behaviors, with the same attitude. Whereas, in this environment you can choose to change your perspective, acknowledge the consequence is one you’d rather go without, do a course to improve your situation, get fit, and reflect on the actions that led you there. This is what I mean by acknowledging your power. You have the power to resist change, or to embrace it. In either case it is on you, no one can force you to change where it counts-within.
The best change comes from internal motivation. Other people may not always be in your life for support. We fall in and out of relationships, and loss is a part of life that none of us can avoid. Meanwhile, it is you who is there, through thick and thin, through it all.
Many people have a toxic, abusive relationship with themselves. Prioritizing others’ opinions over their own, treating their body like an enemy, and talking to themselves with such vicious intent, if we were to talk and act like this with others, we would be locked up! And yet, even though we are human like everyone else, were a child once, and are our most reliable companion, we justify it as, “I’m only hurting myself”. When did hurting ourselves become ok?
Self-healing works because we get the chance to repair this relationship, the most important relationship we will ever have. Self-healing works because it is not dependent on outside forces that are beyond our control, for we are in control of ourselves, or at least we can learn how to be, and this becomes a more stable source of protection, healing, and support.
Self—healing works particularly for people with a history of trauma who have developed trust issues with others, who have a history of getting poor advice, who have spent their whole life in self-doubt fueled by relying on others to make their decisions and direct their lives. Self-healing works because it is empowering, puts you in the driver’s seat, and allows you to acknowledge you are the lead actor in this play called life. Instead of putting yourself in the background of someone else’s story, being just a support role for someone else, you get to step into the role you are perfect to fill! Being you! No one could ever fill your shoes or take your place. There is only one of you. You were designed perfectly for your purpose, and not to try to follow someone else’s purpose. Whenever we try to live a life that isn’t meant for us, that isn’t our own, we fall into a whole host of obstacles. These obstacles are there to make us remember who we are, the incredible power we have, and direct us to our destined role/s. The longer we spend trying to imitate others, and comparing ourselves to their results, we miss out on seeing just how incredible we are.
Self-healing works because you finally get to appreciate just how amazing you really are. It directs you to your intuition as your true compass on how to make the decisions that will impact your life. As you honor your uniqueness, you finally get to see your value. As you hone your intuition, you begin to trust yourself, and love yourself. That self-love, based on seeing your strengths, then naturally pulls you away from the self-loathing, and self-avoidance behaviors that cause the stress within your life.
Meanwhile, self-healing works, for as you reflect and answer the questions, honestly, because no one is watching, your defenses are down and you get to see yourself for who you are, at least who you are right now. As you write your current story, and proceed through the course, and enter that space of complacency or feel like you aren’t moving forward, you can revisit the questions you answered in the beggin, to see just how much you have changed.
I recommend taking a photo beforehand, and writing your current health, mood, weight, relationship, self-esteem, and financial stats. This will help you to see the changes.
Remember though self-healing requires you to be accountable for the effort you put in. The results will not measure the effectiveness of the course, unless you put in daily effort, with clear intentions to heal, and make the most out of the experience. The results will not be an accurate representation of the course if you maintain a poor attitude, and don’t answer honestly. If you only put in moderate effort, you will only receive moderate results. The more effort you put in, with a pure heart to heal, and the more consistently you do the activities, the greater the healing potential will be.
Lasting, deep, change is not given, it is earned. On a daily basis you can assess your willingness. Remember though as well, even if you are not willing, and you do the work anyway, you are still changing the habits in your mind and training yourself to parent your inner child. In fact, the key to success is to be consistent. It is what we do on our hard days that matters most. For on those hard days, you show your dedication, you learn to rise above and empower yourself. You learn the quality of your character and you call on the power of your spirit.
Chances are though, that the more consistently you do the activities, the less hard days you will have. At the very least, through your consistent effort you will see that challenge cannot control you, and you will learn through exposure to pain, that you are more capable than you ever knew!
Yes, the questions and activities may be challenging, but when you measure the challenge of doing some productive reflective work with the pain of ongoing suffering on unconsciousness, really you are saving yourself from a lifetime of pain, and needless suffering. That is simple math. Because once you have made your way through the course, within months you will have learnt the tools and skills in order to laugh at fear in the face, and head toward challenge for adventure! You will have learnt the skills to create inner peace and happiness and strength that will protect you in the storms of life. It will be an experience to remember. It will be a clear example of what happens when you put in the work, and it will be an achievement you can take with you to the grave. As your soul heals, you will attain enlightenment, and you will heal past lives, break family cycles, and become a pioneer, and no doubt become a source of inspiration and guidance for others.
At the end, you can know that you have reclaimed your power, and that you did it yourself. No more will you doubt yourself, wish to harm yourself, or put others’ opinions of you over your own. You will know who you are, what you want, and where to go. You will be able to find peace in presence and feel unconditional love for yourself. You will be able to make conscious choices in relationships, and in your career. The activities and what you will learn will be able to be applied to any life situation. You will have reclaimed your creativity and enhanced your strengths. The conditioned fear-based ego self will fall away, and what will be revealed is your perfect state, your child self, your spirit, and the blueprint to live your life by. What will be revealed is the universal strengths we all share, that are of the soul, such as pure love, spontaneity, creativity, presence, and power form within.
You are a self-healer; you just don’t know it yet! We all have the capacity to heal ourselves. Your body intuitively knows how to heal when we get out of the way. Your soul and your heart know exactly what is best for you and how to guide you. Your intuition knows how to direct you.
If you don’t believe this, think of how your body heals after injury or illness. Think of all the times you chose a conscious act and created the results you had intended.

Self-healing works because you are with yourself 24x7. I recognize your mood, situations and health fluctuate. These fluctuations tend to affect your beliefs, and perspective and experience of life. Thus, waiting for a session may not be an accurate representation of what is really going on. As you do the activities, at different times of the day, and in different environments, and throughout different circumstances, you will get to see a more holistic picture of you. Another added benefit is you can use it as needed, wherever you are, when chaos arises, or inspiration presents. Meanwhile, you can take it with you to a park or to the beach, get some fresh air, nature, and sunshine, and get to see the principles of nature, and healing of nature. This makes healing fun and aids relaxation. Which I feel is more enticing than just sitting in an office. Meanwhile, you can be thoroughly honest with yourself, as you don’t have to worry about saving face or maintaining a facade. Thus, the healing will be more potent, which means faster, more effective results. As you do it yourself you can celebrate yourself. As you heal you will change, and others will be blown away by your miraculous transformation! They won’t know what hit em! A gust of fresh air, a peace and presence that speaks volumes, and a playful spirit that lets down their guards and helps you to create the harmony and loving relationships you may have always craved! You will be a force of nature, a force to be reckoned with, a powerhouse of strength, with the gentleness and understanding that draws out the best in people.

You may be wondering how it is self-healing when there are videos, and explanations? Remember you are the one who watches the videos and reads the information. As you do, do not doubt you form opinions, or you remember opinions you already hold. I am not asking you to adopt my beliefs. As your own interpretations, and beliefs arise, this is perfect! It gives you an opportunity to really get clear on your values. The videos are my experience, I honor yours, and I want you to trust yourself over anything I may say. I simply invite you to have an open mind about some areas you struggle with, to suspend judgment until you are sure you understand, and to think about you may handle similar situations, and how effective these are. Then with the additional information and awareness, it is you who chooses what you will do with this. You choose what path and perspective you will take. It is all you.
